Job Description: As the Sales Executive, you will serve as a pivotal individual contributor responsible for expanding our market presence and securing high-value contracts within the parking technology sector. You will play a leading role in capture management, including devising strategies, overseeing proposal development, and negotiating complex, long-term agreements. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the parking technology industry, primarily with municipalities. Bid & Capture Management: Lead the end-to-end process for capture management, including identifying opportunities, developing pursuit strategies, and, with the support of the Sales Enablement Team, managing proposal submissions. Develop competitive, strategic price proposals based on thorough understanding of scope and client needs. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of complex proposals. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships and maximize profitability. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. Provide market feedback and insights to guide product development and company strategy. Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasted revenue. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the parking industry. Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs Demonstrated success in securing complex, long-term contracts. Exceptional self-motivation and ability to work independently as an individual contributor. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Expertise in capture management, including strategic planning. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Monday.com preferred) and sales software.
