Summary:
The Transformation and Project Manager is responsible for driving organizational change and delivering strategic projects that align with the company’s vision and objectives. This role involves managing transformational initiatives to improve processes, systems, and culture while ensuring successful project execution. The manager will work cross-functionally to assess current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and implement change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Project Planning: Lead strategic project initiatives from conception to completion, including scope, timelines, metrics and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and resource allocation for projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and monitoring potential issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure project goals, progress, and deliverables are on track.
- Project Execution: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
Transformation Management:
- Change Leadership: Lead transformational initiatives to align processes, systems, and organizational structure with business goals.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for organizational transformation, including cultural shifts, process reengineering, and technology upgrades.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Monitoring and Measurement: Establish metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend innovative solutions for improvement.
- Technology Integration: Implement new tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop frameworks for ongoing evaluation and refinement of processes and systems.
- Staffing Forecasts: Develop accurate workforce forecasts, reporting, and quality based on business goals, sales trends, and customer demand.
- Scheduling Optimization: Ensure efficient workforce schedules to balance labor costs while maintaining service levels.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (e.g., service levels, schedule adherence, productivity) and implement adjustments to improve performance.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, negotiating contracts as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and drive implementing of best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Communication and Reporting
- Progress Updates: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps. Leverage reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI software) to extract and analyze data.
- Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and address issues promptly. Work with IT and development teams to optimize and maintain databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all transformation initiatives and projects. Implement and support new tools and processes to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- 5 years of experience in project management and organizational transformation, including leading change management initiatives.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
