We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely processing for all employees.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor budget performance.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Utilize QuickBooks or Quicken for efficient bookkeeping practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and their application in daily tasks.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Quicken.
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
