Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Learn how to identify and connect with potential customers, including businesses, contractors, and fleet owners.
- Build your skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals—turning opportunities into sales!
- Gain hands-on experience with market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of competitors.
- Work closely with the Regional VP and marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.
- Get in the field! Showcase our vehicles with live demos, bringing them to customer locations and walking them through the features.
Building Relationships
- Become the go-to person for customers in your territory, providing top-notch service and support.
- Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, dealers, and industry professionals.
- Host product demonstrations and training sessions to keep customers engaged and excited about our vehicles.
- Find ways to upsell and cross-sell—helping customers discover the full value of our products and services.
Tracking & Growth
- Hit your sales goals and work towards bigger commissions as you grow.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.
- Stay sharp by keeping up with market trends and competitor moves, so you always know how to win.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to build a successful sales territory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM software, MS Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Proficient in using MS Teams and Zoom for remote meetings, both internally and externally.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory conducting face-to-face sales calls.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods and move around an office environment that may require movement in small areas.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- May be required to climb stairs when necessary.
