Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers at retail locations to represent AT&T and promote its products and service offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable brand experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns that effectively introduce new products and promotions to the audience.
- Drive sales targets by effectively demonstrating product benefits and value to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and implement feedback to enhance campaign performance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with AT&T products and service offerings, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Proactively solve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Cultivate relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth operation and effective collaboration during campaigns.
- Track daily sales results and report to management on goals and progress.
- Embody the brand’s core values and represent AT&T in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
