  • Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Primarily assist Client Service Specialists (CSS) :
  • Communicate with clients, both verbally and electronically
  • Correspond with custodians, accountants, and other professionals
  • Open new accounts and transfer assets
  • Process money movements (including check requests, internal journals, ACH transfers, and wires)
  • Prepare for client / prospect meetings. This includes putting together folders with agreements, agendas, reports, and any other meeting documents the Advisor may need
  • Organize, scan, and maintain client paperwork
  • Support Office Administration, including, but not limited to :
  • Greet and accommodate clients and other visitors
  • Screen and transfer calls
  • Book appointments and prevent calendar conflicts
  • Scan, file, and document incoming mail. Prepare out-bound mailings.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of work, including documenting, completing, and tracking completion of client related tasks and properly updating system software with client and other related information.
  • Multi-task, organize and complete all other projects as assigned by management, prioritize projects, client needs and office procedures.
  • Consistently maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Preserve client confidentiality.
  • Qualifications for this position :

  • Entry level limited finance industry experience
  • General finance and custodian knowledge
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients
  • Adaptability and flexibility are required; ability to work under pressure and beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet tight deadlines
  • Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask
  • Personable, warm, engaging; Client first attitude; Supports a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • What we offer :

  • Compensation Range : $60,000 - $75,000 annually, non-exempt bonus
  • The posted salary range of this role reflects various factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills
