Modern Automotive Network is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized F&I Manager to provide a best-in-class customer experience relating to available programs, as well as other appropriate after-sale considerations for new and used vehicle customers. Responsibilities:
- Strives for 100% customer satisfaction by providing a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- Establishes and maintains superior relationships with several finance sources, including the vehicle manufacturer
- Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Manages alternative finance source program to ensure that multiple options are available.
- Creates and manages a program that aims for 100% turnover to the F&I Department
- Dedicated to continuous education of the sales team with current information about finance and lease programs
Requirements:
- Outstanding leadership skills that focus on treating customers and employees with respect
- Demonstrated track record for improving volume, market share, and profitability.
- Unwavering commitment to ethical business practices
- Strong management skills with a stable work history
- Prior experience of 5 years of Finance and Insurance experience in an automotive dealership environment
