Additional Qualifications For a Customer Service Specialist Position Include
- Computer skills, including data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience, prior building material experience a plus!
