As an E-Commerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing E-Commerce initiatives to drive online sales and enhance the total customer shopping experience.
Essential Functions Of Position
- Manage E-Commerce forecast, volume, revenue, and investment on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis
- Meet targets for profitable E-Commerce sales and strategic objectives
- Understand benchmarks and make plans to exceed sales expectations regarding growth by category
- Monitor in-stock position and proper execution of all replenishment activities for .com items
- Execute and deliver insights of review campaigns for existing items and new item launches
- Identify gaps in brand/item presence online in comparison to industry leaders and competitors
- Provide content score reporting (internally and externally), tracking and responsible for meeting sales goals
- Strategically grow online item portfolio including item set up and collaboration with inventory managers for troubleshooting
- Understand long-term business and competitive e-retailer implications of daily decisions
- Provide customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans for E-Commerce
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Various E-Commerce sales/marketing tools and methods
- E-Commerce, marketing and branding principles as well as trends
- Computer programs such as MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Internet Explorer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate to different functions of the organization with the appropriate level of detail
- Active listening by giving full attention to what others are saying, asking appropriate questions and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Analyzing data and situations accurately with a strong attention to detail to develop the proper course of action needed to be taken
- Customer service – managing difficult customer situations, responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback to improve service, responding to requests for service and assistance and meeting commitments
- Efficient problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Time and project management, prioritization, and organization
- Learn in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Meet and exceed sales target goals with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
- Work independently as well as within a team
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in E-Commerce sales
