JOB TITLE : Entry Level Lead Carpenter / Remodeler (Interior and Exterior)

Compensation : $25-$30 / hr with performance checkpoints for earned monetary growth

Employment type : full-time

Experience level : 3-5 Years Experience

  • Only one position is available starting at $25 / Hour with benefits (Please see below)

Looking for a motivated individual to join our Remodeling team as an entry level Lead Carpenter / Remodeler dedicated and focused on meeting deadlines, speaking with trades and building relationships. This position is tier based so as you grow with the company and meet certain deadlines and requirements, checkpoint raises will be given to you.

This position requires the following set of skills :

  • Knowledge of All aspects of remodeling (interior finish / cabinets / bathrooms, kitchens, Exterior trim and siding)
  • Not afraid to reach out if they do not know something specific about the project
  • Pays Great attention to details (High-End vision)
  • Be goal and results driven, always willing to grow
  • Can work with minimal supervision and can be a leader to your "helper / apprentice"
  • Shows excellent communication skills.
  • Displays Excellent time management and can complete daily logs
  • Can create great relationships with clients
  • Generate new business opportunities with guided referral program (supplied)
  • Can implement a lead strategy over time aimed for efficiency and timing
  • Develop new relationships with residential and commercial construction communities and be a part of growing family
  • Perform all aspects of finishing then closing a project with no supervision including thorough cleaning.
  • Complete documents on time such as customer reports, connecting with trades and finishing projects within the time frame or before(bonus incentives).
  • Can generate new sales / leads / referral opportunities just by being the best you on the job site and practicing our system to be amazing with clients and your team.

    • Position is Entry Level Lead Carpenter / Remodeler at a base of $25 / hour up to $30 / hour based on probationary period subsequently. This position is tier based so after you meet certain goals within the company within a certain time frame your pay grows with you.

    Having key skills as shown above will excel your base performance $ / Hr., the willingness to grow and be your best self will also be margins for monetary growth.
