Duties
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Perform laboratory tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Provide health coaching to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care.
- Administer treatments including Botulinum toxin treatment as needed.
- Manage catheter care and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist in the management of chronic conditions, including dialysis support.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations and interpreting laboratory results.
- Experience in health coaching and patient education is preferred.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Familiarity with catheter care procedures and aseptic techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining medical records.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
