We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Technical Support technician to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Organize and facilitate all technical consultation with the dental center clients
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems and on-time return dates
- Act as liaison between the customer, dental center, and the lab’s production and logistics teams
- Visit with clients at their practice or in our office to discuss case issues, assist with chairside prosthetic delivery to the patient, or determine a solution to case problems--i.e. seating problems, custom shades, etc.
- Work alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issues
- Meet with prospective clients to develop new sales or grow existing clients
- Assist in quality control of incoming production cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issues
- Perform hands-on repair or adjustments as needed
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- Must have a working, practical knowledge in all product areas of the dental lab industry
- Advanced communication skills to speak with and meet clients of the dental center and resolve customer service problems
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organization skills
- Working knowledge of computers and programs, including MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs
- High School diploma or equivalent required
