We are looking for a hardworking individual with a positive, can-do attitude. The following position is currently available: Entry-Level Project Manager in Expo and Events. This is an entry level position with a great opportunity for growth in an exciting field and company. The perfect fit will be a dynamic, creative and experienced event professional that is able to support various projects relating to producing a variety of events. Types of events could include: expositions, trade shows, corporate events, parties & galas, and meetings. The successful applicant will have relevant industry experience, post-secondary education, excellent organizational and communication skills and a demonstrated level of creativity. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Provide administrative support to Project leaders as needed
- Product fulfilment sourcing & various project research
- Support with Run of show tasks
- Maintain exhibitor revenue & relationships
- Maintain a respectful and growth-based work/office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
