Title: Systems Program Manager

Description
The Systems Program Manager will help spearhead Modern Disposal’s efforts to modernize operations through strategic technology deployment. The Systems Program Manager will partner with Senior leaders in the organization as a member of the Business Operations team. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing processes, enhancing employee efficiency, and driving innovation. The Manager will ensure that all technology initiatives adopted by Modern are fully deployed and are successfully utilized by the targeted user base as measured by applicable KPI’s.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. These essential duties include:
Coordinate the deployment of new software, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and goals are met within the pilot period.
Establish KPIs to measure the success of technology implementations, including usage, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
Monitor KPIs post-implementation to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Act as one of the primary liaisons between consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Regularly report progress to leadership and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Build a robust change management framework to ensure smooth transitions during technology rollouts.
Design training programs and user materials that document and empower the employee base to leverage new tools effectively.
Partner with internal and external parties to help coordinate the migration of data to new tools, deployment of ERP systems, including financial and maintenance management data.
Improve team productivity through tailored training programs, leading to faster adoption of new tools.
Focus on streamlining operations through end-to-end integration of software systems.

Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or a related field.
Strong change management skills, with experience in employee training and process optimization.
Expertise in leading digital transformation projects, including ERP implementation and digital tool deployment.
Excellent writing skills, along with verbal proficiency for explaining technologies across a wide range of users and user capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report ROI on technology investments.
Proficiency in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
Proven time-management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
