Salary Range - $55,560 (entry level range) - $116,800 (Sr. Family Law Paralegal Experience)
What does a Paralegal do at MFL?
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, and Santa Clara County preferred and other counties’ judicial procedures.
- Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and legal codes;
- Prepare briefs, pleadings, Marital Settlement Agreements, parenting plans, custody orders, child support orders, client declarations, forms, and other pleadings;
- Schedule hearings and appointments, field client calls, compose and type routine correspondence, and route incoming mail; and
- File correspondence and legal documents.
