What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Systems Technician position at Modern Fire & Security Systems, Inc?
The Security Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. This includes access control systems, CCTV systems and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security systems, be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair security systems, Fire Alarm Systems and Communications Systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose security system problems on Fire Alarm Systems and Communications Systems
- Provide customer service to End Users.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security system technologies on Fire Alarm Systems and Communications Systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in security systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong understanding of security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
