As an Office Manager at Modern Foundations Inc., you will be a pivotal part of our operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and financial management. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide outstanding service in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage financial records using Sage Timberline and other financial software.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and account analysis to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
- Support project management teams with administrative tasks related to construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a construction or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Sage Timberline and other financial software applications.
- Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation and account analysis processes.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to forecast budgets effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
