POSITION SUMMARY
Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Instructor to train and prepare elite combat leaders, recovery specialists, and military freefall jumpmasters for the United States and its allies. As a Medical Instructor, you'll lead classroom and field training, providing critical medical instruction to ensure America's special operations forces maintain their combat readiness and operational excellence. From performing technical rescue training to supporting complex tactical scenarios, you'll play a key role in preparing warriors to excel in the most demanding environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to) :
- Advanced Medical Training :
Provide expert instruction on :
Prolonged field care of critical patients.
Lead instruction in hazardous environments, including around rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft, live-fire ranges, maritime scenarios, and other operational environments.
Develop and modify course syllabi and instructional materials in compliance with command directives.
Assist with logistical support, including transporting personnel and equipment to training sites, operating safety boats, advanced rescue crafts, and tactical vehicles.
Perform duties in support of airborne operations, including Military Freefall (MFF) and Alternate Insertion / Extraction (AIE) techniques.
