THE ROLE:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of Modern Growth Group’s operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and a seamless client experience. This role requires a high-performance operator who excels in strategic execution, system development, and maintaining the exclusivity and high standards MGG is known for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and implement scalable, high-performance operational systems that maintain exclusivity and high-touch client experience.
•Oversee and refine elite-level client engagement, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for every client.
•Work directly with the CEO to translate high-level strategy into precise execution and business growth.
•Manage business operations, financial planning, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and long-term sustainability.
•Build and lead a high-impact operational team to support continued expansion.
•Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and top-tier service standards in all client and business interactions.
PREFERRD EXPERIENCE:
•7 years in operations, business strategy, or executive leadership roles.
•Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, executives, founders, professional athletes, or investors.
•Background in luxury services, private advisory, consulting, or high-end client management.
•Proven track record of scaling businesses while maintaining exclusivity and high-touch service.
•Strong knowledge of strategic planning, high-performance execution, and leadership development.
•Ability to navigate high-stakes decision-making and manage confidential, high-level engagements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Language Sills:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
