(or higher) in Occupational Therapy, NYS licensure or eligible and 2 year of experience required.\nMust successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.\nDuties : Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician; detennine specific\ngoals for patient treatment through evaluation and consultation with health care professionals, patients\n& families; process record keeping & related reports; attend designated clinics, rounds and conferences\nrendering patient information; interact with patient families; maintain equipment and supplies; may\nparticipate in educational programs for staff.
