What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher position at Modern Heating and Air?
Modern Heating and Air in Milford, CT is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher. We pay $18 - $23.50 per hour, depending on experience, and provide great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, holiday pay, vacation pay, company-provided uniforms, training and development programs, and a great work environment with steady work and an existing customer base. The schedule is part-time Monday-Friday with flexible hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, & texts
- Make outbound phone calls as needed to existing customers ONLY
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls/follow-up appointments as calls are received
- Maintain customer database information using Service Titan
- Manage customer membership plans
- Enter customer information quickly and accurately
- Track recommendations for the service department and make follow-up calls
- Answer phones for all departments

QUALIFICATIONS
- HVAC office experience and ServiceTitan experience are a plus!
- Experience with customer service, ability to be patient, and polite phone etiquette.
- Computer skills
- Organized and motivated with a positive attitude
- The ability to stay on task and be reliable is a must
