A historic / Iconic theater in DTLA is searching for a responsible F&B Manager to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and guest experience.
Job Summary :
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong focus on team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food and beverage trends, a knack for creating memorable guest experiences, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management :
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including dining services, catering, and event management.
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost-control measures to meet budgetary goals.
- Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Plan and implement staff training programs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Guest Experience :
- Strive to deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of service.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and implement improvements based on their preferences.
- Design and execute unique food and beverage offerings, including seasonal menus and themed events.
- Financial Management :
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Develop and manage the food and beverage budget, implementing strategies for growth and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue enhancement.
- Marketing and Promotion :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events and initiatives that attract and retain guests.
- Stay current with food and beverage trends and industry developments to keep offerings innovative and competitive.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with kitchen staff, suppliers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with management and staff to align on overall business objectives and strategies.
