In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to orthopedic patients while managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–1:6. Key Responsibilities
✔️ Collect patient data, advocate for patient needs, and collaborate with the team.
✔️ Develop personalized care plans based on assessments.
✔️ Ensure patient safety and manage resources effectively.
✔️ Educate patients/families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
✔️ Work alongside physicians in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
✔️ Maintain a 1:5–1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio in orthopedic care.
Qualifications
Active RN License (Florida license required; compact licensure accepted – must apply for FL license).
1 Year of RN Experience (acute care or LTAC experience preferred).
BSN Preferred (ASN Accepted).
Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred, required within 6 months).
Must live within a commutable distance of the facility.
