Your Role as a Surgical Oncology Manager
As The Surgical Oncology Manager , You’ll Ensure Exceptional Patient Care And Operational Excellence Across Two Clinics. Here’s What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and staffing for a 15-bed oncology unit, serving 30 patients daily.
- Lead a team delivering advanced treatments, including chemotherapy and robotic-assisted surgeries.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, streamline workflows, and improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including equipment maintenance and accreditation requirements.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to maintain efficient throughput.
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and differentiate the organization as a leader in oncology care.

- Certifications: Current RN license in Texas, BLS, and Oncology Chemo Certificate required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
