Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current nursing license in the applicable state(s).
CPR certification is required within three (3) months of employment.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficient in computer operations and industry-specific applications; ability to work independently and maintain effective relationships; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a community health agency, in particular Home Health.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience in community or public health is preferred.
General Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate professional and supportive services to ensure safe, effective client care.
Oversee agency operations, resource management, and implementation of strategies to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with other departments and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain records, generate reports, and respond to inquiries as necessary.
