What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleanroom Assembler-1st Shift position at Modern Industries, Inc.?
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble, fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units.
- Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as: Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents,
- Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Basic Computer Skills. Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Aerospace knowledge and the use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Leeplug installation tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 – 3 years manufacturing/assembly experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
