Lab Technician NDT Level II
A Non-Destructive Testing Technician is needed to join our metals testing team! Looking for a career in a fast-paced environment with a growing accredited testing lab? - NDT Level II certification in MP and LP from an employer or third party.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or GED and two years minimum experience in performing dimensional inspections
- NDT experience in MP or LP methods
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift parts and other items from floor to waist on a frequent basis, while protecting lifted items from damage. Parts weigh 50 lbs. on an occasional basis, 35 lbs. on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to stand for several consecutive hours without rest, with frequent bending and reaching.
- Must be able to walk within and between areas frequently and climb stairs occasionally.
- Must be able to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to retain instructions sufficient to perform complex tasks successfully and with very minimal supervision.
- Must be able to understand and reliably carry out extensive and detailed process instructions.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, despite periodic interruptions.
