PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Industrial or technical sales experience; machining and/or heat treat experience strongly preferred.
· Awesome written and verbal communication skills.
· Degree in a technical discipline preferred, degree in Business or Marketing also welcome.
· Strong computer skills, including CRM (ACT or similar)

REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to work within a professional and office environment.
· Must be able to perceive customer needs and communications sufficiently to close a sale.
· Must be able to communicate effectively by both written and oral means.
· Must be able to combine technical understanding with sales skills.
· Must be able to drive passenger vehicles for multiple hours at a time.
· Some overnight travel required. Territory is primarily OH plus other locations based on customer accounts.
· Tech Savy with strong business acumen.
· Proven track record in meeting sales goals for new accounts,existing accounts,and account retention
