Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. The Landscape Technician will work with hand tools, machinery, and equipment to perform duties that contribute to the overall health and beauty of gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting.
- Execute snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and building garden features.
- Conduct groundskeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas.
- Assist in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide lawn care services including fertilization, aeration, and weed control.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and landscaping machinery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
