Join our team as a Bindery Utility and be part of a dynamic and growing company. This role supports the finishing department by assisting with trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging large format printed materials such as signs, banners, and decals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Starting at $16 (experience-based compensation) per hour, this role offers competitive pay and the chance to grow within a supportive and engaging work environment.
What you need to be successful
To excel as a Bindery Utility within Modern Litho, you must possess a range of essential skills. You will need to thrive efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You must be comfortable handling large sheets of material such as vinyl, fabric, and rigid substrates. Basic mechanical aptitude and or willingness to learn equipment operation. You will need the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. A successful Bindery Utility at Modern Litho will also need to be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
Essential Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for long hours.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment such as laminators, trimmers, and eyelet presses under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of scrap materials properly.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
