What you need to be successful
To excel as a Folder Operator within Modern Litho, you must possess a range of essential skills. You must be able to operate folding machines according to job specifications. You will need to be quality-minded and pay attention to detail. Verbal communication skills. Must have a good work attendance record and follow standard work methods as well as practice safe work habits to efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
Essential Job Requirements
- Experience operating folding equipment (preferred, but not required - we will train the right candidate!)
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule with occasional overtime
