Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed inserter machines for processing direct mail campaigns.
- Ensure accurate inserting of printed materials into envelopes according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines and efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating inserter machines in a print or mailing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders and specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
