Position Overview:

As a Folder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folding machines to ensure high-quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate folding machines according to job specifications
• Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments for accuracy
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on folding equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production guidelines
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating folding equipment (preferred, but not required - we will train the right candidate!)
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule with occasional overtime
