Job Overview :
Modern Litho is seeking a Storefront Developer to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our client-facing storefronts. You will be responsible for creating and managing print product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, and working with internal workflows. Key Responsibilities :
- Create and Maintain Products : Develop and upload new print products to the storefront, ensuring they are visually appealing and accurately represented. Maintain product listings to reflect accurate pricing, specifications, and availability.
- Manage Orders and Workflows : Monitor and ensure that orders are being processed accurately and efficiently, from submission to production. Troubleshoot any order-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, production, and sales, to ensure products are accurate and the online experience is smooth for customers.
- Quality Control : Perform regular checks on the storefront to ensure that all products and workflows are functioning correctly and that any discrepancies are quickly addressed.
- Customer Support : Provide prompt and helpful assistance to customers with questions related to storefront products, orders, or issues. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to resolve any concerns.
