seeking a Creative Services Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary :
The Creative Services Manager will lead and inspire our design team, driving the
creation of impactful designs across both print and digital platforms. This role requires a
balance of creative vision, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure outstanding
design work while exploring scalable solutions for team growth, such as building
overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the design team responsible for creating page layouts for advertorials,
event identity design emails, newsletters, digital / print ads, and special sections in
our print magazines.
Ensure all creative assets align with Modern Luxury Media's brand standards and
client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, editorial, and
production, to deliver cohesive campaigns and projects.
Develop and implement scalable solutions to support team growth, including
exploring opportunities for building overseas teams.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and
budget requirements.
Handle your own list of clients and accounts
Mentor and guide the design team, fostering professional growth and a culture of
creativity.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously
improve design workflows.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
Proven experience managing and scaling creative teams, including remote or
overseas team structures.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with
digital tools like InDesign, Figma & Sketch.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and priorities.
A strong understanding of luxury branding and high-quality design aesthetics is a
plus.
