CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, and tooling to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Skills

• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, bore gauges, and tooling.
• Ability to fabricate parts according to detailed specifications using basic math skills.
• Experience operating Lathe or Milling machines and understanding of machining processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.84 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
