- Oversight of multiple facilities including occasional travel between locations
- Management of on-site supervisors and janitorial staff
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Planning and preparing work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial services
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Background in management within hospitality or commercial cleaning sectors
- Familiarity with housekeeping management and laundry operations
- Ability to effectively manage teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness
