Area Supervisor- Truck Wash

Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00PM - 12:00AM, Flexible schedule that includes travel between the sites.

Pay is $22/hr.

The responsibilities of an Area Supervisor include:

• Must have current supervisor/management experience
• Supervision of on-site Truck Wash staff and surrounding sites in Las Vegas area
• Traveling to both Las Vegas sites required
• This is a working position Manager Position
• Overseeing about 10-15 workers
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Helping plan and prepare work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Regional Manager to ensure quality standards are met
• Other job duties as needed

Truck Wash Responsibilities

• Drive trucks to wash station as needed
• Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
• Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water
• Other job duties as needed

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
