What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Supervisor- Truck Wash position at Modern Maintenance, Inc.?
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00PM - 11:00PM, Flexible schedule that includes possible travel
Pay is $25/hr.
The responsibilities of an Area Supervisor include:
- Must have current supervisor/management experience
- Supervision of on-site Truck Wash staff and surrounding sites in Salt Lake City area
- Traveling to both Salt Lake sites required
- This is a working position Manager Position
- Overseeing about 5-10 workers
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Helping plan and prepare work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Regional Manager to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
Truck Wash Responsibilities
- Drive trucks to wash station as needed
- Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
- Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water
- Other job duties as needed
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
