What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Modern Maintenance, Inc.?
$250 Sign-On Bonus Eligible!
Wage: $17/hr.
Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM / 10 am to 2 pm / 5pm to 9pm
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
The responsibilities of a custodian include:
- Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust surfaces and desk tops
- Removes finger prints or other smudges from glass, tabletops, fridges, etc.
- Help keep closets and storage areas organized
- Notifies supervisor of any problems
- Performs other janitorial duties as required
- Other job duties as needed
Some janitorial experience is preferred, and we will train you to succeed.
