Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring Part-time housekeepers in a medical setting.
Wage: $19/hr. $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment
Shift: Full time with Alternating Weekends:
Hours: 1.30pm to 10 pm
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all areas of the hospital, including public spaces, offices, and patient rooms:
- Knowledge of floor care equipment to include floor scrubber
- Handle biohazard materials and bodily fluid
- Isolation precautions for various infections
- Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Respond to cleaning requests via handheld radios and pagers
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
Physical and Other Requirements
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
- Bend/kneel/crouch/climb
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be completely vaccinated against Covid-19
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
