Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring evening custodians. The perfect candidate is someone who is friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Wage: $17/hr. $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment with perfect attendance
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:00PM-10:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clean restrooms and maintain the appearance of public spaces.
- Remove and transport trash to the compactor.
- Replenish soap and tissue dispensers as needed.
- High and low dusting horizontal surfaces.
- Sweet, mop, vacuum floors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
