Modern Maintenance is a growing regional janitorial service provider headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas looking for an energetic, motivated and focused employee recruiter to assist our team with staffing needs across 7 states.
We are actively seeking an Employee Recruiter open to performing full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with the Recruitment Manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30-5PM Onsite
Basic Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least one year office work or recruitment required.
- Must have a strong attendance record.
- Display professional, respectful attitude and have good communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in processes and requisition volumes.
- Basic level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
