Full Time Nanny needed in Harrison
A loving family is looking for a full-time nanny for their 2, 5 and 7 year old children but majority of the day will be spent caring for the family’s energetic and sweet 2-year-old. Responsibilities include school drop-off and pick up for the older kids and preschool drop off and pick up 3 days/week for the 2-year-old, setting playtime, laundry, keeping the playroom tidy and meal preparation for kids. During summer months, the children attend camp—creating approximately 5 free hours per day, 3 days per week. During this time, the nanny should support with toy rotation and play area organization, children's book and activity planning, light family assistant duties like grocery shopping, errands, etc., children’s closet and wardrobe organization.
The position starts in May. This is a long-term role for someone seeking to grow with a loving family and must be comfortable in a household with three children and able to maintain a calm, friendly, and supportive presence.

Possessing a valid First Aid/CPR certification, the candidate would prioritize safety and be prepared to handle emergencies efficiently. Their references would reflect a history of dependable, compassionate care, and their background check would be clear of any discrepancies. They would be a non-smoker with reliable transportation and a clean driving record, indicative of their dependability. Flexibility is crucial, and the ideal candidate would adapt seamlessly to our changing schedules, showing availability for occasional weekends and a long-term commitment to our family.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience.
- Certification: Valid First Aid/CPR certification for infants and children.
- References: Excellent references from previous employers.
- Background Check: Clear background check.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in English.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving positions).
- Age Group Experience: Experience with toddlers, pre-school and school aged.
- Activity Planning: Ability to plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities.
- Housekeeping: Willingness to perform light housekeeping related to children.
- Non-Smoker: Must be a non-smoker.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility: Flexibility with hours and availability for occasional weekends.
