Job Summary :
The Regional Account / Project Manager is responsible for consultative selling and managing client portfolios within the commercial sector. This position aims to achieve sales quotas, build new client relationships through business development activities, foster strong client relationships, and oversee project-based sales opportunities, ensuring successful project execution, completion, and client satisfaction.
The Regional Account / Project Manager is considered an Exempt position. This role will report directly to the CEO and will have a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary (based on experience) plus commission, company vehicle or auto allowance, gas card, and other items to be discussed during the interview process.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
May assist with recruitment, interview, hire, and train new staff. Supervises and coordinates activities of craft workers and subcontractors.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Implement selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts, focusing on selling Preventive Maintenance Agreements and project-based sales.
- Identify and qualify commercial clients for HVAC installations, retrofits, and repairs through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop strategic relationships with key commercial client accounts to generate repeat business.
- Formulate accurate and complete sales proposals with a high level of attention to detail.
- Drive sales growth by reaching out to prospective customers and converting prospects into clients.
- Maintain and track customer information using company software applications.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive awareness and generate qualified lead opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to scope out projects, define deliverables, and provide competitive proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with project objectives and company standards.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure job site safety and adherence to building codes and industry standards.
