We’re seeking a driven and community-focused Community Engagement & Catering Sales Manager to expand our catering services, foster local partnerships, and bring unforgettable events to life. What You’ll Do
This is not a typical desk job. As the Community Engagement & Catering Sales Manager , you will play a key role in growing our presence across Austin by :
Catering Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue offsite catering opportunities, with a focus on corporate clients, large lunch orders, and offsite events.
- Collaborate with vendors to create tailored catering packages that showcase the best of Fareground.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring seamless execution.
- Set and achieve sales targets, with a goal of generating $25,000 in monthly offsite catering sales and $300,000 in new revenue within the first year .
