The Hub Manager at Modern Milkman will oversee both inventory and delivery operations, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate orders, and timely deliveries. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and a focus on process optimization. The Hub Manager will lead a growing team, collaborate across departments, and continuously improve operations to meet business needs and customer expectations.

Duties

Inventory Management

• Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring stock levels are accurate and products are prepared for delivery routes.
  
  

Delivery Operations

• Manage daily delivery operations, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching to meet company standards.
• Ensure drivers are well-prepared with correct orders and documentation.
• Transition to a full-time leadership role as the delivery team scales, focusing on performance and strategic planning.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and support inventory and delivery teams, fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Provide training, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans for team members.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Operational Efficiency

• Optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and ensure smooth product flow from storage to delivery.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and other teams to streamline processes.
• Address operational challenges quickly and ensure minimal disruption to service.
  
  

Strategic Growth

• Work with leadership to scale inventory and delivery operations in line with business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through process innovations and operational adjustments.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Ensure alignment across teams through clear communication and regular updates on performance and goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for addressing inventory or delivery issues.
• Conduct inventory counts and audits, resolving discrepancies with the inventory team.
• Analyze inventory metrics and optimize systems for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
