Start Date : March 3rd, 2025
Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights (preferred)
Hours : 9 : 00 PM start | 10-hour shifts
Compensation : $35 per hour
Location : East Village, NYC
Position Overview :
A loving family in the East Village is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or Night Nanny to provide overnight care for their 8-week-old baby . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with newborns , a strong understanding of infant sleep conditioning , and a gentle, nurturing approach.
Responsibilities :
- Provide overnight care ensuring the baby is safe, comforted, and well-rested
- Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques throughout the night
- Support healthy sleep routines and developmentally appropriate schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery and sanitize bottles / pump parts as needed
- Offer guidance and support to parents on infant care, sleep habits, and milestones
