Job Title: Helper at Modern Mother’s Helper

Location: Client Homes (Austin, TX area)

Compensation: $20/hour (Paid weekly on Fridays)

Modern Mother’s Helper exists to make life easier for busy moms—and that's where you come in! Moms are juggling it all, and as a Helper, you step in to handle the tasks they just don’t have time for. From organizing a cluttered garage to scooping kitty litter boxes, no task is too big or small. If you love bringing order to chaos and making a real difference, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Organize: Declutter, reorganize spaces, and create sustainable systems. Help clients decide what to keep, donate, or discard—always judgment-free!
• Manage Tasks: Run errands like grocery shopping, returning packages, and handling donations.
• Kitchen & Laundry: Load, unload, and put away dishes, wipe down surfaces, and manage laundry (including linens and ironing).
• Clean (if requested): Using the client's supplies, complete any cleaning that they need help with. Leave every space better than you found it.
• Pet & Outdoor Care (if requested): Clean litter boxes, refill pet food and water, sweep porches, water plants, and handle outdoor tidying.
• Anything and everything: At Modern Mother's Helper, our motto is that as long as we are physically capable and time allows, we will do any tasks you need completed!

Qualifications:

• Experience in organizing, mothering, or personal assistance is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Physically able to handle household tasks.
