We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support business and non-profit operations during an upcoming travel event. This is a temporary position, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Document Management & Filing: Organize, store, and retrieve physical and electronic documents as needed.
Email & Phone Communications: Manage correspondence, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
CRM Database Management: Input data, gather information for Nicklenburg & Wake County, and send automated email responses.
General Administrative Support: Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and daily office tasks.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in administrative support, document management, or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to the job site in Holly Springs, NC.
